	I do not plan to give most people shell accounts on colon, and I will enforce a fairly rigorous policy of either that I know you directly, or that you will have to find at least two referees who are willing to say that you are clueful and are not malicious. Having two referees won't guarantee you a shell account, and final discretion is reserved.
